Elizabethtown Festival
The Moundsville Elizabeth Town Festival at the former WV Penitentiary will continue the celebration of an early 19th century community with a festival of food, crafters and entertainment. 

Marshall County Fair
The event is a traditional hometown county fair that celebrates and supports the importance of the agricultural and livestock industries in our community, and is affiliated with both the 4-H and Future Farmers of America.  The Marshall County Fair is packed with fun and events for the whole family to enjoy...rides, exhibits, entertainment, food, and more!

Third Annual Storytelling Festival
On Friday, May 30th and Saturday, May 31st, the art of Story Telling will return again to the Ohio Valley.  The Strand Theatre Preservation Society will be hosting three well known storytellers for the Third Annual Strand Theatre Storytelling Festival.  This years stellar performers include some of the best storytellers in the country...Bil Lepp, Kim Wheitkamp, and Kevin Cordi.
